They are made from elastomer polyurethane, with optimum resistance for prefabricated concrete.

· We can make any sizes between 8x8x80 and 30x30x800 cm.
· Standard width measurements: 08/10/15/25 cm. (consult other measurements)

· Standard height measurements: depending on the client's needs.

We have unitary moulds for the manufacture of beam ends (corbels), and imitation wood panels for placement between corbels and beams.

Due to the elasticity of the moulds they need a metal counter-mould to maintain the linearity of the filling. For this reason,
DECOMOL has developed mobile bedplates, which adapt to the moulds in order to work comfortably, increase profitability of the production and protect the rubber moulds, limiting movement and preventing breakages or deformations.
